The Chargé d'Affaires of Iran's Embassy to Libya has invited the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity and Designate Health Minister Ramadan Abu Janah to visit Tehran, to meet with officials of the Iranian Ministry of Health and discuss aspects of cooperation in the health sector and the provision of medical services.

Abu Janah met on Sunday with the Iranian charge d'affairs in Libya, and they discussed cooperation mechanisms between the two countries in various fields, according to Abu Janah's media office.

He welcomed the invitation and promised to accept it, stressing the importance of establishing a strong relationship between the two countries and his keenness to open horizons of cooperation with Iran in order to achieve the higher interests of the Libyan state.
