The Iraqi Embassy in Libya has announced that it will resume processing consular transactions for Iraqi citizens residing in the country starting Sunday.
In a statement, the embassy highlighted its efforts to obtain the approval of the Interior Ministry and the General Directorate of Passports to deploy a mobile passport issuance system.
The embassy further clarified that it will soon announce the arrival date of the delegation to Tripoli to work on renewing current passports, noting that it will consider the locations of the Iraqi community members across Libya to ensure the highest levels of service and facilitate operations.
