ITA Airways is expected to resume its flights to Mitiga International Airport in Tripoli in early January 2025, FlightGlobal, a website concerned with aviation affairs said.
According to the website, air traffic between the two countries will operate via Airbus A319 aircraft, with two flights per week.
The company says the restoration of flights follows essential support from the Italian government as well as the Italian and Libyan civil aviation regulators.
