The Chairman of the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LIAP), Mustafa Abu Nas, on Monday met with the Deputy Prime Minister/ Acting Minister of Agriculture, Ali Al-Qatrani, to discuss avenues of cooperation between the sides.
As part of its efforts to prioritize national and African investments, the LIAP said it has initiated a series of meetings to realize this goal with a focus on the agriculture sector.
According to the LIAP, the parties arrived at a mutual decision to form a joint committee tasked with developing cooperation mechanisms and identifying potential projects that the ministry can invest in from the portfolio.
