Minister of Youth Fathallah Al-Zini, on Saturday, held talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Farid Gaibov, that focused on cooperation in youth capacity building, establishing a youth exchange program, and coordinating common positions in international forums.
Al-Zini briefed the Azerbaijani minister on some projects launched by the Libyan government under the Return Of Life program, including youth facilities and housing projects.
The Minister of Youth, who is visiting Azerbaijan, praised the efforts of his counterpart to develop the youth sector and raise the level of competence among young people.
Also at the meeting were Libyan Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ali Enseer and the Director of African Affairs at the Foreign Ministry, Abdel Nasser Younes.
