The Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industries in charge of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Nasr al-Din al-Fazzani, has participated in the United Nations Tourism Meeting held in New York City, USA.
Al-Fazzani said, according to the “Our Government” platform, that the meeting discussed many topics related to tourism and sustainable development in Libya, and what the United Nations and the United States are organizing forums and meetings in this regard.
Al-Fazzani stressed that the GNU is working to improve the tourism sector in Libya, to ensure obtaining a sufficient share of tourists to contribute to the economic diversification program, and to create job opportunities throughout the country, to become another source of income.
