The Libyan Ambassador to Morocco, Abdelmajid Saif Al-Nasr, has refused to hand over the embassy to the most senior employee following the cessation of his duties.
The ambassador threatened to close the embassy and declare allegiance to the parallel government in east Libya if he was forced to leave.
Meanwhile, the Moroccan government reiterated its refusal to recognize any other authority in Libya, other than The Government of National Accord.
