The Kyokushinkai national team claimed 14 medals at the Tunisia International Championship, a competition featuring athletes from 20 countries across the Arab world, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
The 17-member team secured three gold medals, three silver medals, and eight bronze medals in an impressive performance on the international stage.
Among the gold medalists were Yazan Al-Saiti, Mustafa Al-Shaheibi, and Mohammed Al-Fallah, while silver medals went to Mohammed Agniewa, Mohammed Amrajae, and Abdul-Salam Al-Werfali. The bronze medalists included athlets Rashwan Al-Shaheibi, Salem Al-Houti, Idris Al-Shaheibi, Faraj Al-Megrahi, Mohammed Al-Mahshahsh, Saleh Al-Werfali, Mohammed Al-Saiti and Zinedine Abu Bakr.
The achievement highlights Libya’s growing presence in the world of martial arts.
