The Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development of the Government of National Unity, Mabrouka Toghi, has participated in the Ministerial Conference of the Sixth Global Forum for Dialogue between Cultures, held in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In her speech, Toghi called for supporting and strengthening cultural diplomacy as an effective tool to promote dialogue and achieve world peace.
She stressed the importance of enhancing cultural exchange and communication between countries and cultures, to build positive interaction between countries that contributes to strengthening global peace and stability.
