The head of the Treatment Services Support and Development Agency, affiliated with the Government of National Unity, Ahmed Militan, received on Wednesday a high-level delegation that included a number of members of the Philippine Parliament, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Philippine Embassy to Libya, and the Assistant for Political Affairs at the Embassy.
The Director of the Health Office of the Libyan Embassy in Thailand participated in the meeting, in the presence of the Director of the Office of the head of the Agency, the Director of the Department of Planning, Investment and International Cooperation, and the Director of Financial Affairs of the Agency.
During the meeting, cooperation between the two countries in the field of the health sector were discussed, in addition to supporting for hospitals and public health centers by contracting with medical and paramedical personnel from the Philippines, with the aim of improving the quality of medical services.
