The Ministry of Planning in the Government of National Unity has reviewed the proposed estimated budget for the National Oil Corporation (NOC) for the fiscal year 2023.
This came during Sunday's meeting, chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Misbah Saqr, and a number of officials of the Ministry and the NOC.
Saqr said that the Ministry of Planning appreciates NOC's efforts to improve and maintain the level of production, confirming the GNU's support for the NOC's plan aimed at increasing production to two million barrels of oil per day, in addition to developing natural gas activity and increasing its production rates.
