Misrata International Airport announced Saturday the extension of the maintenance work at the airport until next Wednesday “due to circumstances beyond its control.”
The information office of the airport explained via its Facebook page that the air traffic will resume next Thursday.
The airport announced last Sunday the suspension of air traffic at the airport to complete maintenance work, which included the runway and providing electricity to the area connecting the airport lounge with the apron.
