The new General Manager of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Benghazi branch, Ayman Al-Mismari has received his duties from the former General Manager, Khaled Al-Khafifi.
The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the NOC in Benghazi in a warm and cordial atmosphere which reflected their professionalism and highest mutual esteem.
