The new Libyan Ambassador, Abdul Majeed Al-Shteiwi, has presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Libya to Tanzania to the country's President, Samia Suluhu Hassan.

This came at a reception ceremony held on Tuesday in the presence of the Tanzanian Foreign Minister, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Facebook page.

Al-Shteiwi conveyed the greetings of the head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, and the Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, stressing the importance of strengthening the relations between the two countries in a way that achieves the interests and aspirations of the two peoples.
