The Libyan Fatwa House and the Islamic Research and Studies Council called in a statement Tuesday for exacting punishment on all those who plotted and partook in the murdering of sheikh Nadir Al-Omrani.
The General Manager of the Ibn Sina Hospital in Sirte, Mohammed Al-Sariti, said Zamzam Hospital, in the village of Zamzam, was opened Tuesday with a 60 beds capacity and will be providing health care services for the areas liberated from IS in Sirte and its suburbs.

The Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government allocated 300 million dinars for the Prices Balance Fund saying it would be cut off from the emergency budget. The LYD300 million will be used to import food commodities and sell them to the citizens with decent and appropriate prices as per the national identification number system. The step aims at combatting the massive surge of prices of the basic foods and commodities, especially after the collapse of the dinar against foreign currencies.
Sabha clashes resumed for the sixth day in a row between Gadadfa and Awalad Sulaiman tribes despite the arrival of reconciliation advocators on Monday to the city, where a truce was pronounced between the two tribes. However, the sounds of bomb explosions and gunshots were still heard this morning in the city.
Southern municipalities called for forming a new government to be a fourth one in the country. The mayor of Garda district, Hassan Matoug, said the reason behind the call for a fourth government is the negligence played by the three governments toward finding solutions to the crises in the south, besides other regions in Libya. He added that until today no assistance was provided to the families that suffered damages due to the recent foreign airstrikes on Garda.
The member of the Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government, Fathi Al-Mijbri, urged the financial commission at the Tobruk-based House of Representatives, the Audit Bureau, and the Administrative Control Authority, to meet with the Central Bank of Libya to discuss the hike in the dollar against the dinar. Al-AMijbri said on TV that the soaring rates of the dollar in the black market over the last couple of days was intentional due to the control of some “basic stakeholders “of the market, which is void of any official control by the government.
