Tobruk hosted Tuesday the first scientific conference for autism under the supervision of the general administration of Social Insurance Fund as well as Tobruk Civil Society of Autism. The head of the organizing committee said the idea for the conference resulted from the growing number of autistic kids worldwide and in Libya in particular, saying all should contribute to give that community a hand.

The National Security Defense Committee at the Tobruk-based House of Representatives called on Aqialh Saleh, the Speaker, to dismiss Abdullah Al-Thanni and send him to investigations. They also demanded replacing him with his deputy, Abdelsalam Al-Badri, adding that they want also Al-MAdani Al-Fakhri to return to office as the Minister of the Interior with full authorities.
