The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to issue tenders for investment in discovered fields to the Libyan private sector, in order to increase oil production in undeveloped fields.
In a statement, the NOC said that the offers offered for investment will be referred for approval, after technical evaluation, stressing observance of transparency and equal opportunities.
