Rescue crews in Scotland are searching for a 41-year-old Libyan national who went missing about three weeks ago in Scotland.
According to the information released by the police, the man Identified to be a 41-year-old student at Stirling University named Radhwan was last seen in Bridgehaugh Road, on the 29th of July.
His current whereabouts remain unknown and his friends and family are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare, as it is completely out of character for Radhwan, they say.
The police have requested public assistance and urged anyone with information to contact them as soon as possible.
