The Presidential Council members discussed with a number of foreign ambassadors to Libya ways to support the initiative proposed by the UN Advisor Stephanie Williams that aims to devise a consensual constitutional basis for elections.
The meeting was attended by ambassadors of states that support Berlin Conference I and II. They all reiterated the importance of stability in Libya.
The Presidential Council said it supports any initiative that aims to hold elections as soon as possible.
