The General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Missing Persons signed Wednesday a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Military Medical Service on providing treatment and other services to war victims and families of martyrs.

The agreement provides cooperation in caring for the war wounded and those who lost their limbs in military operations, as the Military Medical Service is the only authorized body to provide treatment for the wounded and the military.

The two sides agreed to form a joint working group and coordinate in the area of delivering treatment to all groups authorized to benefit from this service.

For his part, the Chairman of the General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Missing Persons, Mahmoud Al-Hari, underscored that the agreement covers all affected persons across the country.
