The Chairman of the Presidential Council, Fayez Sarraj, called on the UN Security Council to form a technical international committee of specialized financial and economic experts under the supervision of the United Nations to carry out a review of revenues, expenditures and transactions of the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli and the parallel one in Bayda.
This decision by the Presidential Council comes after Dignity Operation accused the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli of supporting the forces that attacked the oil ports on June the 13th.
