The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, has met with the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko, in the capital, Moscow.
During their meeting, Takala praised the efforts of the Russian ambassador to Libya, expressing his hope during this visit that Libyan-Russian relations would be better than before.
He also highlighted the importance of the role of parliamentary work in formulating important policies between the two countries, which helps the executive governments in investing and developing them, according the HCS.
HCS head stressed the importance of strengthening relations and coordination, to achieve common goals and enhance regional and global stability.
