Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has affirmed Turkey's support for the democratic process, the Libyan people, and the Government of National Unity (GNU).
This came during his meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush, on the sidelines of her participation in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, in which he praised the minister's efforts to achieve stability in Libya.
The meeting dealt with bilateral relations, the latest developments in the political situation in Libya, and other files of interest to the two countries.
Foreign Minister Al-Manqoush will participate in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum within the GNU delegation accompanying Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Minister of State Information Walid Al-Lafi, Chairman of the High Council of State Khaled Al-Mashri, and an array of senior government officials.
