The head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Ghassan Salame, said Saturday in a press interview that he did not believe that the inclusive national forum, proposed by the UN road map last September, could be held in the target date of February, especially after Libyans' insistence on holding the forum inside Libya.

Salame pointed that the work of the UN mission with the Electoral Commission is only limited to the technical support, stressing that the elections will only be held after fulfilling the necessary conditions.
