The Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs in the Government of National Unity, Walid Al-Lafi, met on Tuesday with North Africa official at the US State Department, Thomas Kelsey, and the US envoy to Libya, Richard Norland.
In a meeting at the US State Department headquarters in Washington, Al-Lafi discussed ways to enhance cooperation and develop relations in many files of common importance between the two countries.
He also held a meeting with the Director of the Office of Bilateral Relations for Information Technology, Communications and Digital Policies at the US Department of State, to enhance aspects of cooperation in the digital security file and training in the field of digital transformation and information security.
