The fourth meeting of Ministers of Youth and Sports at the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) concluded in the capital, Tripoli, with the participation of 21 countries.
The ministers called for taking into account the policies of youth development programs at the continental level to ensure that the continent benefits from its demographic dividend stipulated in the African Youth Charter.
They also recommended implementing an action plan in areas of education, skills development, youth employment, entrepreneurship, peace and security, and climate and environmental change.
