Photographers and enthusiasts from the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi have teamed up for a walking tour with their cameras to commemorate the 10th annual Worldwide "Photowalk" event, hosted by the Benghazi Association for Photography.

About 50 professional and amateur photographers took part in the trip, which targeted the ancient cities of Tocra and Tolmeita aiming to get a rewarding and challenging shot.

Photowalking is a communal activity of camera enthusiasts who gather in a group to walk around with a camera for the main purpose of taking pictures of things that interest each photographer.

The activity is typically organized by camera clubs, ad hoc gatherings from online forums such as Facebook or Twitter, or sponsored by commercial organizations or photographers.
