The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj agreed Wednesday with the Prince of Kuwait Sabah Al-Jabir Al-Sabah on the return of Kuwaiti embassy to Libya and the assistance of Kuwait in rebuilding the country.
The media office of the Presidential Council said Al-Sirraj had come to terms with Al-Sabah to have Kuwaiti officials at UN Security Council adopt his government’s vision and to coordinate with the UNSMIL in that regard.
Al-Sirraj also agreed with the Prince on the assistance of Kuwaiti Development Fund in Libya’s rebuilding projects, plus the assistance of Arab Development Fund in the same scheme.
The Head of the PC visited as well Umma Council of Kuwait and met with the chairman Marzouq Al-Ghanim.
Al-Sirraj arrived in Kuwait Wednesday coming from Brussels, where he met with NATO, EU officials and the US Secretary of State.
