The Tripoli-based football club, Al-Ahli, drew with the Malian Onze Createurs on Friday in the second leg match of the preliminary round of CAF Champions League, which was played at the Olympic Stadium in Sousse, Tunisia, with an Egyptian set of referees.

Al-Ahli fans were present to support their club as they had flown a day before the match from Tripoli to Sousse.

By such a draw, Al-Ahli advances to the next round of the CAF Champions League qualifiers as it beat Onze Createurs in the first leg match 2-1, knowing that in the next round, Al-Ahli will play Sudan’s Al-Hilal football club in mid-march.
