Engineer Mohamed Abdul Aziz Moftah, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Gharyan University, has won first place at the World Cup for Entrepreneurship -Libya 2021 in its second edition among 434 other contesters in this field.

The World Entrepreneurship Cup is a competitive event involving more than 300,000 entrepreneurs from 200 countries. Their objective is to obtain support and resources that would help them start and scale their businesses.

Describing Mohamed's project, the University of Gharyan said that he developed a smart incubator that works on artificial intelligence and with an Internet-based system.

Engineer Heba Salem Shadi, a graduate of the same college and university, was ranked second in the World Entrepreneurship Cup -Libya in its first edition last year for her idea of ​​a pre-programmed drone to transport blood to health facilities.

After winning the national stage, the winners will participate in the Entrepreneurship World Cup Global Finals, scheduled to take place next November in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
