Minister of Housing and Construction, Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi, met with a delegation from the Tajoura Municipality to discuss the reactivation of suspended development projects and the launch of new infrastructure initiatives in the area.
During the meeting, Minister Al-Ghawi stressed the importance of directing the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority to move forward with contracts for several vital infrastructure projects in Tajoura.
The aim, he said, is to improve living conditions for residents and tackle environmental pollution in the municipality.
The Tajoura delegation also raised the issue of compensation related to public interest projects. In response, Minister Al-Ghawi confirmed that the relevant committee is continuing its work diligently to archive and process all eligible claims.
