The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 1433, with 1053 active cases.
The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 44 new cases on Saturday, distributed as following:
- Sabha: 11 cases
- Tripoli: 5 cases
- Gharifa: 2 cases
- Zlitin: 1 case
- Taminhint: 9 cases
- Samnu: 1 case
- Shati: 1 case
- Abu Grein: 2 cases
- Khoms: 1 case
- Misrata: 3 cases
- Janzur: 2 cases
- Benghazi: 2 cases
- Ras Lanuf: 1 case
- Jufra: 3 cases
NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 1 patient, raising the number of recoveries to 341.
The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 39 after the registration of 1 death in Sabha.
