The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 5232, with 4428 active cases.
The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 153 new positive cases on Saturday, distributed as following:
- Tripoli: 14 cases
- Qasir Akhiyar: 4 cases
- Asaba’a: 2 cases
- Khoms: 3 cases
- Misrata: 75 cases
- Derna: 2 cases
- Sabha: 4 cases
- Janzur: 2 cases
- Zawiya: 4 cases
- Zliten: 32 cases
- Tobruk: 7 cases
- Shati: 2 cases
- Gharifa: 1 case
- Bint Biya: 1 case
NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 31 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 691.
The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 113 after the registration of 5 deaths.
