The General Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Persons has announced the recovery of 159 bodies of Storm Daniel victims from the Al-Dhahr Al-Ahmar cemetery in the city of Derna, for the purpose of identification.
The authority said in a post on its Facebook page that the total number of bodies recovered from the cemetery reached 1,469 bodies, while the number of samples taken from the bodies reached 4,347, confirming that 1,421 bodies were reburied in Al-Fatayeh cemetery in accordance with Islamic law.
