The Government of National Unity has announced the completion of 18 kilometers (80%) of the work on opening the tracks of the Third Ring Road in the capital, Tripoli, from the Ghout Al-Shaal area, all the way to the H Bridge in the Al-Sabaa area, in preparation for the next phase of the project.
It is noteworthy that the Third Ring Road, which is 23.8 kilometers long, connects the east of the capital, Tripoli, to its west.
