The head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qadirbuh, has issued a decision to lift the suspension on the Minister of Oil and Gas of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Aoun.
On March 25, Qadirbuh issued Resolution No. 347 of 2024 to suspend Aoun from work on charges of legal violations, without clarifying any further details.
Two days later, the Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, issued a decision assigning the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, Khalifa Abdul Sadiq, to manage the ministry’s duties.
