The Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity (GNU), Mohamed Al-Hawij, on Saturday, inaugurated the Tripoli International Shopping Festival.
The festival is being held at the fairgrounds in the capital, Tripoli from 16 to 22 October, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy, in coordination with the Council of the Greater Tripoli Union, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Economy.
During his tour of the exhibition, the minister applauded the efforts of the Tripoli International Fair Administration in organizing the festival’s activities and its level of participation, noting that the initiative comes within the framework of supporting national industry and stimulating various commercial activities and the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) sector.
