Libya's Ambassador to the UN, Taher Al-Sunni, met with his newly appointed Turkish counterpart, Ahmet Yildiz, in New York.
Al-Sunni stated on his X account that they discussed the political developments in Libya and explored ways to coordinate between the two missions on matters of mutual interest.
The meeting also focused on intensifying and unifying efforts to address the ongoing violations and genocide faced by the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
