The Commander of the Western Military Region, Major General Osama Al-Jowili, expressed his contentment with the outcome of the political dialogue between all Libyan parties in Bouznika and Geneva, describing the talks as positive.

In a statement to state-owned Libya Rasmiya TV, Al-Jowili reiterated the need to accelerate the agreements of joint understanding, turning them into practical positive steps, in order to dissuade the supporters of war and aggression, in an attempt to solve difficulties in the daily living conditions experienced by the Libyan people.

The commander also thanked the Kingdom of Morocco, the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), along with the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue, for their great efforts in assembling all parties around one table in an attempt to solve problems and disputes in a peaceful manner.
