The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, has discussed with the Canadian Ambassador to Libya, Isabelle Savard, the latest political developments in Libya, in addition to the ways to develop bilateral relations between the two countries.
Al-Mishri reviewed the HCS position regarding the current political impasse and its vision to get out of it, by organizing elections on sound constitutional and legal bases that would renew the country's political legitimacy and end the transitional stages.
