The Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, proposed on Monday the possibility of holding a referendum on the constitution on February 17, 2021, in order to reach the desired stage of stability in Libya.
This came during his meeting with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Libya, Lars Tummers, at the headquarters of the HCS in Tripoli.
The Media Office of the HCS stated that the meeting was dedicated to discussing bilateral relations between both countries and the latest developments in Libya, adding that the meeting also touched on the course of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, which was held in Tunis.
