The Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, has discussed with the German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Ohnmacht, supporting efforts to make the upcoming elections a success in accordance with international standards.
On Tuesday, Al-Sayeh received the German ambassador and his accompanying delegation in the HNEC HQ, in the presence of a member of the Commission's council, Abu Bakr Merada.
The meeting discussed the latest developments in the electoral processes, the HNEC preparations and the level of its readiness to implement them, reviewing ways to support proposals and endeavors that ensure their success.
