The Public Prosecutor, Siddiq Al-Sour, has received social figures from Zuwara and Zawiya to brief them on the judicial procedure that led to arresting a resident from Zawiya at the Ras Jedir crossing point with Tunisia.
Abdo Al-Kabo, described as a notorious militia commander from Zawiya, was arrested upon orders of the public prosecutor.
Al-Sour confirmed to the delegation that Al-Kabo faces charges of murder and kidnapping, besides his alleged involvement in smuggling activities and human trafficking.
The Public Prosecutor stressed that the police must implement the arrest warrants and present the defendants to the Public Prosecution without delay.
