The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer, has briefed the head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, about his meetings in Washington with officials of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and its reports on the CBL performance in managing the country’s financial affairs.
This came during their meeting, during which they stressed the importance of emphasizing the principle of transparency and disclosing government expenditures, and issuing reports in this regard, according to a statement by the Presidential Council.
