Chechen President, Ramdan Kadyrov has affirmed his country’s support for the Libyan people and for efforts to restore security and stability in the country, expressing willingness to transfer their experience in conflict resolution and counter-terrorism to Libya.
Kadyrov discussed with the Presidential Council head, Fayez al-Sarraj -during a phone call- developments in the Libyan scene in general and bilateral relations, as well as prospects for cooperation between the two countries.
For his part, Al-Sarraj expressed interest in developing cooperation between the two states, especially in combating ISIS and other terrorist groups and organizations.
