The Joint Committee for Monitoring and Documenting Human Rights Violations has said it had conclusive and documented evidence regarding the involvement of mercenaries in the military operations launched by Haftar's forces on Tripoli.
"The army forces defending Tripoli managed to arrest and capture 31 militants during the fighting, six of them are of Sudanese nationality and 25 were from Chad," the committee stated.
It also confirmed that it had included their names and place of detention in its report.
