The Criminal Court issued a verdict convicting 58 defendants who were part of a gang involved in forging documents of the Passports, Nationality, and Foreign Affairs Service. 

The Attorney General's office said the defendants deliberately forged documents to legitimize the entry and residency of foreigners in the country. 

According to the statement, the first defendant was sentenced to ten years in prison, while the seventh defendant received an eight-year prison term. The second and third defendants have each been sentenced to five years in prison. The remaining defendants received a one-year prison sentence. However, the execution of the sentence has been suspended.
