Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah is to form a committee led by the Minister of Local Governance to monitor rising groundwater levels in Zliten.
According to the Hakomitna platform, the committee will address the effects and help residents counter the negative impact.
Dbeibah also directed the National Center for Disease Control, Deputy Minister of Health, and Minister of Local Governance to assess the situation and provide support to those affected.
