Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah has praised the resumption of Turkish Airlines flights to and from Libya after an absence of nearly a decade.

"Praise be to Allah... After an approximately ten-year hiatus, Turkish Airlines resumes its flights to Libya starting next week," the PM wrote on his Facebook account on Saturday.

Dbeibah deemed the step as a sign of stability "despite the challenges," expressing his gratitude to the transportation and civil aviation sector, as well as all those involved in facilitating air transport to bring major corporations back to the country.
