German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza has said that a delegation comprising of the director of the middle east and north Africa affairs at the German Foreign Ministry, Christian Bock and EU Ambassador to Libya, Alan Bugeja met Khalifa Haftar at his HQ in Rajma yesterday.
"We briefed on progress of the Berlin process, welcomed the launch of 5+5 military talks in Geneva and emphasized the need for constructive engagement on all sides," German ambassador tweeted out on his account.
